WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
Within the EU, we offer Amazon Standard shipping to physical addresses. Shipping is not available to post office boxes or military bases.
For France, we also offer Premium shipping via Amazon Prime, which allows us to ship within 1-2 business days.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
Your order is shipped immediately after you place your order and delivered within 2 to 7 working days depending on the country if you opt for standard delivery. We will send you an email when it is shipped, along with a confirmation email containing your delivery service information and tracking number.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We ship our products to all countries within the European Union. We also ship to the US on our American website: lexip.us
WHO SHOULD I CONTACT IF I HAVE ANY QUERIES?

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No you don't need an account to place an order although by creating one you could keep track more easily of your orders and deliveries.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
You can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or by Paypal and Apple Pay accounts on our site. 
IS BUYING ON-LINE SAFE?
Our payment platform is powered by Stripe. It has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

Orders and Returns

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
1. Go to the product page and click on the "Add to cart" button, located on the right of the product page.
2. A window opens to offer you to "Continue shopping" or "Place order".
3. You must now finalize your order :
- "Delivery of your purchases": summary of your order with your product(s), delivery terms (carrier, time, costs).
- "Payment of your order": you must choose the method of payment and enter your information.
4. Once on the payment page, you can check your order again: the possible different merchants, the amount, the delivery and billing addresses.
5. Click on "Order and Pay" to register your payment.
6 An order confirmation email will be sent to you so that you can check your order reference which will be to be kept.
Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
In some cases, only partial refunds are given:
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.
HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
After each order is processed, it is sent immediately to our fulfillment warehouse for shipment. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped.
